What I would do in week one
The order matters more than the effort, and almost everyone gets it backwards.
Day one: pick the offer, before module one
Not the niche. The offer. This single decision determines whether you need ten sales or a hundred and seventy seven to clear what you just spent, and it is the input beginners get wrong most often. Everything else is downstream of it.
Day two and three: set up the plumbing
The automation, the account, the place people land. Boring, quick, and it is the part that stops you later if you skip it.
Day four: post something bad
On purpose. Your first thirty posts are going to be poor whatever you do, so the only question is whether you get through them in September or in January. Start being bad early.
Rest of the week: the traffic material
Now go through it, with the experience of having actually published something to hang it on. It lands completely differently in that order.
The mistake: consuming everything first. It feels like diligence and it is the most expensive habit in this business. I have done it. I watch people do it every single launch.
